March 15 2010...... Thank you for a great tour day with Tony. Our group of 5 completely enjoyed our day at the rain forest. Tony filled us in with lots of background information and we peppered him with all kinds of unusual questions, including asking him to find us a restaurant that no tourists go to. That was a great lunch! We also asked him to take us to the open market at Santurce, which was so delightful, we actually went back the next day via the public bus. Hats off to Tony! March 1, 2010........We just want to take a minute and thank you again for your wonderful service that we enjoyed last week. And to thank you Victor and Antonio Orama (Tony) for sharing your beautiful island with us. Countryside Tours was the best ambassador of the Island of San Juan that we could have possibly asked for. Your company offers private affordable tours and I would recommend you to anyone that asks. The airport pickup and the transportation between the hotel and pier was fantastic, we never had a worry and always felt very safe and well taken care of. Our private tour of the island after our cruise was wonderful. Tony showed us so much of the island and the Old San Juan Area, sights we would not have been able to see in a big bus tour. Jose was a great tour guide - - great person too! Besides the tour through Old San Juan before Bacardi, he also stopped at a coffee stand at one of the parks for us to try some coffee - - and boy was it good! We had some coffee that I think had a taste of macadamia nuts added and it was wonderful. .....Was also a great "pick-me-up" for energy if you know what I mean!

Thanks again for assisting us with added fun to our vacation. We spoke so highly of you and another tour company (from St. Lucia) that our travel agent asked for contact information for both of you, and I also told my agent they may give my email address to any future clients for more detailed information. Even my son, Andrew, said that he would definitely use Countryside Tours if he ever is in San Juan again.

Victor was great. He's very personable and informative. He's also very patient as one of the members of our group has the early stages of Multiple Sclerosis, so it took us longer than anticipated on the walking portion of the trail.

I am finally getting to write and let you know that we had the best and most informative time with Tony. His guidance and knowledge of Puerto Rico kept us in total awe. We were able to see and do things that we would never have seen or done alone.

Tony not only showed us places of splendor and beauty, but told us the history of how they became that way. The caverns were unbelievable, and the observatory was very impressive. The walking tour of Old San Juan was like being a part of its surrounding history. His knowledge and expressions of these places made you feel as an actual participant.

We truly had a fantastic time in Puerto Rico and will be back for more adventure. In the meantime, we will let our friends and family know about you and Tony and your hospitality.

Everyone we encountered was super friendly, knowledgeable and provided service just as promised. We had a great guide in Puerto Rico who provided our airport and cruise transfers and conducted our San Juan City tour. He knew the ins/outs of the city as well as updating us on the tourist industry in the area and knew how to avoid the lines at the cruise pier. We contacted Victor for a customized tour, while on a cruise stop. He responded promptly and had very reasonable rates. Tony met us at the ship and we had a relaxing and informative tour of the Rainforest and Luquillo. He even helped us find where we used to live thirty four years ago while we were in the Navy. He took us to a different waterfall than the one that you took us to three years ago. It was still nice but somehwat crowded with people. Sept 3, 2007 Miguel was great, very informative and accommodated our numerous requests. Ironically, we were the only ones on our ship to make it to the distillery since our cruise line decided at the last minute to cancel the excursion to the distillery to those who’d booked through the cruise. Aug 6 2007 Hi Victor!......I just wanted to say thanks again for making the beginning of our trip a memorable one. We all thought you were great and very informative. Everyone enjoyed the San Juan experience. The rest of the trip went just as smooth (with the exception of the 3 flight delays going home). I know that we may have been hard to deal with at times, but you allowed us a lot of flexibility and I appreciated that.
